Delete your Rallion account

You can permanently delete your Rallion account and associated data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Rallion → Profile / Settings.
2. Tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm — your account and data are permanently removed.

By request

If you can't access the app, email privacy@fanzle.app from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my account." We'll verify and process it.

What gets deleted

• Your profile (email, username, avatar, fan questionnaire/preferences)
• Your messages, photos, voice messages, and stickers
• Your matches, group memberships, and device/push tokens

What may be retained

Limited records may be kept where required by law or to prevent abuse/fraud. Residual backup copies are deleted on a rolling basis within 30 days.
